Extremely competent, motivated, and empathetic. Jannik's clear goal: to help his clients in the short term, but also to make them fitter, healthier, and less vulnerable in the long term.

He quickly made my massive herniated disc more bearable, but at the same time worked on improving the physical foundation for long-term prevention. His pleasant and creative approach makes (almost) any strenuous workout enjoyable and maximizes training success.

When I came to Jannik, I already had 14 years of personal training experience (with two other trainers). I was suffering from severe back pain and decided
I needed a trainer who was also a physical therapist.

 

Jannik's training is very individually tailored and includes all pillars of health - including nutritional aspects - if you want :-)
I have never had back pain again and he has managed all other pain
(some of which was caused by accidents) very well.

I enjoy going to training, even though it's challenging, and at the end you're very satisfied - because the concept (training, mobilization) is,
to my knowledge, unique and gives you a very good feeling.

 

In addition, Jannik knows a lot about the body and can give you lots of tips for everyday life – and it's often funny, too!
