In individual training, the focus is on your musculoskeletal system as a functional unit.
Based on your body structure, mobility ability, and personal goals, we create an individually tailored program that makes you safe, versatile, and efficient – in sports and in everyday life.


In addition to 1:1 coaching, training is also possible in a small, supervised group – for all those who value dynamism and exchange without sacrificing quality.

Through controlled load management, varied exercises and targeted correction, we work on:

  • improving your movement quality and body awareness

  • the activation and stabilization of relevant muscle groups

  • strengthening active and passive structures for injury prevention

  • sustainable performance development based on functional principles
