Functional Findings & Diagnostics

Individual Diagnostics – as a starting point for effective training
In 1:1 coaching, a functional assessment forms the basis for every well-founded training decision.
Before starting, a structured medical history is taken –
with a focus on pain, movement behavior, training goals and organizational framework.
Subsequently, joints, muscle chains and posture patterns are assessed in active and passive movement analysis – limitations and deficits become visible and compensations become understandable.
In addition to mobility and strength, the focus is particularly on muscular control, motor control and the quality of movement execution.
This creates a holistic picture of the physical starting point –
as a comprehensible basis for targeted training content and
a structured course of action.
Typical components of diagnostics:
Joint-related functional tests (e.g. cervical spine, lumbar spine, hip, etc.)
Analysis of complex movement patterns & muscular control
Assessment of posture & motor control
Detection of movement restrictions, imbalances & compensations
Documentation for progress monitoring and training planning

The advantage:
Your training is not based on assumptions, but on targeted observation and functional analysis – for effective, individualized work with measurable progress.
