Nutrient Balance – targeted use of macro- and micronutrients

“Nutrient Balance” supplements the training with individual support in the targeted control of vitamins, minerals and macronutrients.

Tailored to blood values, daily stress levels, and personal goals, the program supports the body in addition to medically prescribed medication – without replacing it.


The focus is not on traditional nutritional advice, but on practical, everyday support that specifically promotes regeneration, performance and metabolic processes.
In addition to the selection of relevant micronutrients
(e.g., vitamin D3, B12, magnesium, iron), the qualitative and quantitative macronutrient distribution is also reflected –
e.g., protein intake, energy balance, or nutrient timing in everyday life.


The aim is to identify potential deficiencies, specifically improve the supply situation and integrate nutrition as a sensible part of a balanced lifestyle and physical stress management.
