Prevention training for everyday work

Creating balance – for posture, focus and energy in everyday work

“Office Recovery” is aimed at professionals with predominantly sedentary or one-sided jobs.
The training specifically supports the body in dealing with everyday stresses – through variety of movements, relief and mindful activation.
The focus is on mobility, posture and body awareness –
for more balance, fewer complaints and long-term performance.

Objective:

  • Compensation of muscular imbalances caused by one-sided strain

  • Promoting healthy posture and exercise habits in the work context

  • Reduction of tension, stress and mental exhaustion

  • Developing sustainable routines for energy, concentration & regeneration

  • Strengthening body awareness and functional movement quality
