Move pain-free

Targeted training – instead of permanent compensation

“Pain-Free Training” is a structured training program for people with recurring or chronic musculoskeletal problems – for example, in the back, neck, shoulders or joints.


The focus is on cause-oriented movement correction,
the development of functional stability and the return to load-bearing, pain-free movement.


Individually tailored training creates a safe, understandable and sustainable way out of the protective posture – towards better quality of movement and joy of life.


The program is aimed at recreational and ambitious athletes who want to actively address their complaints while remaining productive.

Objective:

  • Reduction or prevention of exercise-related pain

  • Improvement of posture, quality of movement and body tension

  • Restoration of functional mobility in everyday life or in sports

  • Promoting body awareness and responsible handling of complaints
