“Pain-Free Training” is a structured training program for people with recurring or chronic musculoskeletal problems – for example, in the back, neck, shoulders or joints.
The focus is on cause-oriented movement correction,
the development of functional stability and the return to load-bearing, pain-free movement.
Individually tailored training creates a safe, understandable and sustainable way out of the protective posture – towards better quality of movement and joy of life.
The program is aimed at recreational and ambitious athletes who want to actively address their complaints while remaining productive.

Reduction or prevention of exercise-related pain
Improvement of posture, quality of movement and body tension
Restoration of functional mobility in everyday life or in sports
Promoting body awareness and responsible handling of complaints
